Will we use one of your cleaning products?

  • Of course, if you would like something cleaned with one of your products simply let us know!

Do you need to be home during the cleaning?

  • That is up to you, if you do provide us with a key we keep your family's safety in mind as we never keep your address with the key, we only use a number as a reference.

What types of payments do we accept?

  • We accept checks, cash and can also accept major credit cards through Paypal (you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay in this manner).

Do we clean every room every time?

  • Yes we do!  We also custom tailor our cleanings to meet your specific needs.

Are we licensed, bonded and insured?

  • Yes we are!

What types of vacuum's do we use?

  • All of our vacuum's are made by Oreck and have a hypo-allergenic filtration system.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

  • We request 24 hours advance notice when you need to cancel an appointment.  If we are not notified of a cancellation for a scheduled appointment we charge a $50.00 fee.
